Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions 

The Clevero Refer a Friend program rewards registered paying Clevero customers with gift cards for referring friends to Clevero. To participate, Clevero users must agree to these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs).

We may modify these T&Cs at any time, and by making a referral you accept the T&Cs as they apply and as amended from time to time without prior notification.

1. How to earn gift card(s)
Clevero users can earn gift cards if:
i) The referred friend completes the dedicated Refer a Friend web form, and includes the referring customer’s name and email address.
ii) The referred friend then becomes a paying customer of Clevero within 12 months.
iii) The referred customer is not an existing Clevero customer, nor is an associated / related entity of an existing customer.
iv) The referred customer has not previously enquired about or been referred by another party to Clevero.

2. Claiming gift cards
Gift cards will be provided the month after each valid referral’s first subscription payment. Gift cards will be distributed electronically to the email addressed provided in the Refer a Friend web form.

Gift cards will be of the following value according to your the referrer’s location: 
– Australia: AUD$100
– Canada: CAD$100
– New Zealand: NZD$100
– US: USD$100
– UK: GDP£75

For users outside the countries listed above, a USD$100 gift card is available.

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and subject to the terms and conditions of the Gift Card provider. Clevero accepts no liability in relation to Gift Cards once issued.

3. Sharing referral links
Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations. Referral links should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia).

4. Other offers

The Refer A Friend program is not valid for Clevero Partners or in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.

5. Termination and change
Clevero may suspend or terminate the referral program or a user’s ability to participate in the referral program at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to suspend accounts if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate.
