About Clevero

Clevero is an Australian operations platform for service businesses in regulated industries. It runs your whole operation, CRM, scheduling, workflows, invoicing and record-keeping, in one system, configured to how your industry actually works and connected to the accounting software you already use. Compliance, whether mandated or internal stops being a separate job. It becomes just how the operation runs.

The platform has been running Australian service businesses for close to ten years.

Melbourne, Australia. Clevero is built for the Australian and New Zealand market, and your data is hosted in Australia.

Who Clevero is for

Clevero is for operationally complex Australian and New Zealand service businesses, that runs on small to medium teams where the owner or manager still have hands on in the day to day operations. Our customers include community organisations, health clinics, funeral and cremation providers, field service businesses, consultancies and membership organisations. The common thread: critical information is spread across disconnected systems, and the business needs to stay audit-ready without compliance becoming someone's full-time job.

Businesses happy running on spreadsheets and generic tools, or businesses that don't plan to keep improving how they operate. Clevero's value comes from configuration and continuous improvement. If you want out-of-the-box and set-and-forget, a generic tool will serve you better and cost you less. We'd rather tell you that now than after an implementation.

Yes, for certain industries. For everything else, we start from configurable building blocks and shape them to exactly how your business runs. Either way, this gets configured to your business during implementation, not handed over as a generic template.

No. Clevero is a low-code platform, which means changes are made through point-and-click configuration rather than programming. Your team works in the system day to day the same way they'd use any modern software.

How Clevero compares

Tools like Monday.com, Zoho and Hubspot work until your compliance gets specific. Then you're bolting on workarounds, side spreadsheets and manual checks, and the tool that was meant to simplify things becomes another thing to manage. Clevero is configured to your industry's workflow from the start, with your records, approvals, scheduling and billing connected in one place.

Usually, the compliance point-tools manage a register. They sit beside your operation rather than inside it, which means someone still has to keep them fed. Clevero runs the operation itself, so the records, approvals and history your industry requires are captured as work happens, not reconstructed afterwards.

You can setup your own system with a spreadsheet and a few apps, but the problem shows up as you grow. The business starts adapting itself to the limits of the tools instead of the tools serving the business. Data gets fragmented across systems, staff burn hours re-entering and chasing information, and nobody has one place to see how the business is actually going. The fix isn't more apps. It's designing the system around your business, which is exactly what a Clevero implementation does.

Implementation and getting started

We start with discovery calls, then a paid workshop where we map your processes with you before anything gets built. From there you get a proposal covering configuration, data migration and go-live. We deliberately don't try to transform everything at once. Phased, bite-size rollouts carry less risk than moving your whole operation across in one go.

No. Our process is a discovery call, a demo, a paid workshop, then implementation. The workshop is where we map your actual processes, which is a better use of your time than exploring a generic trial account on your own.

Because it's real work with real output. You leave with a process map of your business, which is valuable whether or not you proceed with Clevero. It also means both sides are serious before an implementation starts.

Clevero, or one of Clevero's partners, leads the configuration during implementation, working directly with your team to build the system around your processes. How much you manage yourselves day to day after go-live depends on the scope agreed in your workshop.

Clarity on how your business actually runs: who does what, which department handles which step, where the handoffs are. If those things are fuzzy, software will only automate the confusion. The workshop exists to get that clarity on paper before configuration starts. Beyond that, you need someone on your side who owns the project and can make decisions.

Both are available. Configuration in Clevero is point and click, so if you've got the internal capability, your team can add fields, adjust workflows and refine processes without needing us involved. If you'd rather we handle it, our team can make those changes for you. Either way, you're not locked into paying a consultant's hourly rate just to make basic changes after go-live, which is the exact problem our founder set out to solve after watching a client get quoted $250 an hour the day after their enterprise software went live.

Migration is scoped as part of your implementation, mapped during the workshop and proposal stage so nothing arrives as a surprise.

AI & MCP

Clevero has AI built into the platform, including an MCP server giving you programmatic access to your own data and records, and the ability to create AI agents scoped to specific sets of your data, for example your customers, projects, or opportunities.

It gives you read access to your own data model, records and fields, so you can query and build workflows against your own data using natural-language tools like Claude, without needing to code.

Yes. You can create Knowledge Sets from your own records and fields, for example picking customers, projects and opportunities, then build agents scoped to those sets. Agents run inside the Clevero platform itself.

Pricing

Pricing is scoped to your business through the discovery call and paid workshop, so there isn't a fixed plan to point to. Implementations typically involve an upfront setup and a monthly subscription based on what you need configured.

Both. There's an upfront implementation cost covering configuration and setup, then an ongoing monthly subscription. The subscription scales with the size and complexity of your operation, not a flat per-seat fee.

The workshop is a paid engagement where we map your processes properly before any build work starts. It's a deliberate step, not a sales formality, and it's the point where the actual project scope and cost get confirmed.

Data, security and compliance

The data of Clevero’s customers are stored in Australia, on AWS infrastructure.

By default, no. Your data stays within your system and belongs to you. If you need support from our team, Clevero staff can access your data, but only with your permission and only for that purpose.

Your data is yours. You can export all of it before you leave, and once you're off the platform, we delete it.

Clevero runs your operation, the records your industry requires are captured as part of doing the work: client details, staff certifications, approvals, scheduling history, invoicing and full audit trails. When an auditor asks for something, you're retrieving it, not reconstructing it. Brentwood Neighbourhood House cut its weekly administration work while maintaining full program compliance running exactly this way.

Clevero captures the underlying records your reporting depends on, structured and in one place, and we configure reporting around your obligations during implementation.

Integrations and payments

Yes, natively. Contacts, invoices, Supplier Bills, Purchase Orders, Payments and financial data sync between Clevero and Xero, so your operations and your books stay in step without double entry.

Yes. Clevero syncs with MYOB so your operational and financial data stay connected.

Yes. Stripe is supported, and Pin Payments, Zai Payments, Fat Zebra is available. Square terminal integration is currently in beta.

Yes, as long as the third party allows it on their end. Clevero connects via API and Zapier to most platforms that support external integrations, so the limiting factor is usually their system, not ours. Bring your current stack to the workshop and we'll confirm what connects, how, and what it involves.

Support and working with Clevero

You get email support plus a dedicated Customer Success Manager who knows your setup and can help you get more out of the system as your needs change.

Your subscription scales with the size and complexity of your operation rather than a flat fee that breaks the moment you add headcount. Scope gets revisited as part of any expansion, not renegotiated from scratch.
