Adapting to Adaptogens

A significant majority of dietitians are working towards creating a diet that is focused on nourishing the brain, in a way that blocks stress and improves the body’s immunity to fight any kind of hormonal imbalances. Adaptogens are created using medicinal herbs and plants like ashwagandha, holy basil, ginseng, Goji berry and more.

Coconut Plant-based Yogurts

Coconut plant-based yogurts supply key vitamins and minerals without losing the active culture like that of its milk-based alternative. Coconut yogurt has medium-chain triglycerides that are important for weight control and immunity strength.

Protein-packed Beverages
